Philip J. Gunn, CPA, CGMA, is a Director in P&N’s Accounting and Assurance Services Group in the firm’s New Orleans area practice. He joined the firm in 2013. Prior to joining P&N, Phil served as an Audit Partner for a big four firm.
With over 40 years of public accounting experience, Phil has focused his career on serving companies in a variety of industries, including energy, industrial, and consumer products companies. Phil's experience includes serving emerging, high growth businesses, multi-generational, family-owned businesses, and Fortune 100 multi-national companies. He has experience with acquisition and divestiture transactions, expert testimony, and has substantial SEC experience, including IPOs, equity and debt offerings, and mergers. Phil has also assisted both debtors and creditors on bankruptcy matters.
Phil has served U.S. entities with foreign ownership based in Canada, China, France, Indonesia, Singapore, and Spain.
