Marge Roberts

Marge Roberts, PMP, CSM, is an Associate Director on the Change Management Team in the P&N Consulting Services Group. She joined the firm in 2013. 

Marge has immense experience and success in providing project management and change management services for several large projects and clients. Marge works with project stakeholders, including program leadership, to ensure a successful program lifecycle through effective change management tactics. She has worked on all life cycles of Projects including start up, system development, system implementation, policy creation, training teams of over 650 people, as well as project close out. Marge is a proven leader through effective management of several programs.
