Elena Legendre

Elena Legendre is a Consulting Manager in the P&N Consulting Services Group with more than seven years experience as a results-driven organizational leader, program manager, and business operations specialist from her time serving as business manager, financial analyst and human resources liaison at a large land grant University in the Southeast. Elena has provided a wide variety of services to clients including change management, communications planning, training, and project management to provide strategic oversight producing measurable, sustainable results. Elena is a Certified Scrum Master and is trained on several organizational leadership topics including Utilizing Team Dynamics to Build High-Performance Teams, Change Management and Restructuring Organizations, Creative Thinking and Problem Solving, and Diversity and Inclusion: Team Dynamics. 

Elena has experience managing change through various business processes including software implementations, policy and procedure updates, and organization restructuring.
