Brad Madden, MBA, MPP, is an Associate Director with the Settlement Funds practice in the P&N Consulting Services Group.
Brad is a leader in P&N's Settlement Funds practice, focused on antitrust and complex class action settlement administration. Brad has led several major class action settlements, providing project management, claims analysis, quality assurance, and technical guidance to clients and projects. Brad has led several complex cases from notice to claims process to distribution, incorporating detailed audits and claim calculations to deliver accurate awards to claimants and class members. Brad participates in working groups for the continued improvement of internal procedures and practices for the Settlement Funds group. Brad has also supported the Project Management team and Application Development team with quality assurance and user acceptance testing, as well developing documentation, policies and procedures.
Brad previously worked for an international consulting firm for five years. Brad worked with clients across the country as a Business Analyst. In this role, Brad bridged the gap between technical system implementations and client business processes.
