Postlethwaite & Netterville, APAC (P&N) is proud to announce that Gina Rachel, Tax Director in the firm’s New Orleans practice, took office as Chair of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA) at the 2017 Annual Meeting. She has served on the Board since 2012 and is a past president of the New Orleans chapter.

Jason MacMorran, P&N Director in the Baton Rouge practice, will serve as LCPA Treasurer for 2017-18. Jason is a past president of the Baton Rouge chapter and served on the LCPA’s Emerging CPA Council.

During the meeting, the LCPA honored two other P&N professionals with Special Recognition Awards. Gary Dressler was recognized for his tireless work sharing updates and changes to Louisiana tax law in numerous presentations throughout the past year.

Bill Potter was recognized for his service as a volunteer member of the Task Force on Structural Changes in Budget and Tax Policy, for his work leading the effort to create the Louisiana Tax Institute and for generously giving his time to educate LCPA members on tax changes.
