Prior to joining P&N, Kathryn served as an Associate in the Tax Group at a regional law firm where she worked with clients on a variety of multistate tax issues including state credits and incentives. At P&N, she will focus on advising clients on state and local tax compliance. She has experience in transactional planning for mergers, consolidations and acquisitions. Kathryn is also a published author in areas of sales tax exclusions and exemptions, reporting, and waivers.
