This list identifies thought leaders, change-makers, regulators, and other visionaries who are shaping the profession and charting the future of accounting.

Candy was honored not only because of her leadership within P&N, but in the profession. She was also named one of the 2019 Most Powerful Women in Accounting. Candy exhibits strong commitment and dedication in the profession as she is actively involved in professional associations, groups, and committees. She currently serves as Chair of the Private Company Council of the Financial Accounting Foundation. In the past, Candy served on the Governmental Audit Quality Center’s (GAQC) Executive Committee. In addition to this award, Candy has been selected one of the 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today multiple times.

Candace E. Wright, CPA/CFF, is a P&N Director and service line leader for the firm’s Accounting and Assurance Services Group. Candy joined the firm in 1985 and became a director in 1994.
