Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Brandon Schwartz has joined the Class Action Notice and Administration Group. With over a decade of legal notice experience, Brandon will be responsible for developing customized legal notice solutions for clients related to class action notice and claims administration programs.

Prior to joining P&N, Brandon held a Director role for a nationally-recognized class action and mass tort settlement administration company, developing complex notice programs across antitrust, consumer, data breach, and TCPA cases, among others. Brandon has designed and implemented more than 100-high profile class actions in accordance with F.R.C.P. 23(c).

Throughout Brandon’s career, he has sought to develop unique solutions using data analytics and media research to meet client challenges. His knowledge of demographic research, reach and frequency methodology, digital and social media strategies, and Fed R. Civ 23(c)(2) compliance keeps clients informed of the best practices in legal notice design. He is the author of several articles pertaining to Rule 23 changes and notice design and implementation.
