2021 was a strong year for P&N’s Transaction Advisory Services team, noting increases in both the size of our team and number of transactions for which we provided advisory services. Our team welcomed professionals with experience in audit and tax to strengthen support for clients with nuances on each deal. We also advised on over 50 transactions across several industries, including industrial, construction, manufacturing, and distribution.

The outlook for M&A services remains strong, and each deal presents new challenges and opportunities for our clients—whether you are a family business looking to exit or grow through acquisitions or a lower-middle market company looking to sell a division or make a strategic acquisition. We are excited to continue growing our Transaction Advisory Services team to better serve our clients and look forward to providing more services and insights throughout the year.
