The Small Business Administration has been active over the past several weeks modifying existing rules and regulations and adopting new rules and regulations in order to implement the changes made by the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act. In addition, the Small Business Administration issued a simplified loan forgiveness application for those borrowers that meet certain criteria in an attempt to make it easier for these borrowers to seek forgiveness when the time comes to ask for forgiveness.
