With the unexpected changes and impacts of events throughout 2020, we recognize the importance of an economic update for governmental entities. P&N has invited Dr. James A. Richardson to present a local economic outlook and lessons learned. Dr. Richardson is a John Rhea Alumni Professor of Economics and Director of the Public Administration Institute in the E. J. Ourso College of Business Administration at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since 1983, Dr. Richardson participated in the preparation of the Louisiana Economic Outlook, a two-year forecast of the Louisiana Economy published by the E. J. Ourso College of Business Administration at Louisiana State University.
