Register for P&N's upcoming webinar, where presenters Gary Dressler and Brandon Lagarde will provide you with the latest Louisiana and multi-state Legislative tax updates.

Participants will learn about the tax and incentive updates from the 2022 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature. The presenters will also talk about items that did not pass in session and provide a brief look ahead to the 2023 session which is a fiscal (tax) session in an election year.

In addition, participants will be updated on the status of Wayfair nexus for sales and income tax. Presenters will discuss multi-state sales and income tax trends that have taken hold recently and are expected to continue.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Understand recent Louisiana tax law changes and how they might apply to their business
• Evaluate whether Wayfair nexus might require their company to register in additional states for sales or income tax purposes
• Understand nexus risks and ways to manage such risks
• Evaluate current multi-state sales and income tax trends for challenges and opportunities within their business

This webinar qualifies for 1 CPE credit in Louisiana. CPE credits will be granted based on a 50-minute hour. To receive CPE credit, you must view the webinar live and participate in the online poll questions throughout the webinar. CPE credit cannot be issued for groups or for only listening to the webinar.
